I mean robbing cars in the dark, you have yourself a few cowards. If you are not worried about the consequences that may occur. Take you about 3 friends and go find these guys...dont talk shit, dont even let them know its coming...just handle your business. Then when its all said and done, let them know they are no longer welcome around your area/street. If the police will not do anything, I know its a bitch to prove shit and breaking into a car aint high on the cops list of things to worry about, you dont have many options: 1. Keep being the victim and deal with it 2. Move to another area where it could be better...but it could get worse 3. Let these guys know that you aint playing that shit.
