We even looked at new Impalas before we got it. Absolutely no comparison, the Honda is a better car. Should do good enough for a test bench but its primary purpose is for powering a high output battery charger (icharger 3010b) I'll need to get a 2nd and run them at 24v to get the most out of it but as is on 12v it is still is a 500w charger, 1kw on 24v.
