That way the heat can escape. Rule of thumb hot air rises and cool air stay on the bottom. That should help some with your big shop. Just unscrew the back 1/3 of the stick to make it a lot lighter for jumping like this.. Looks like this broken down fully. although I can already jump with my daily full cue sorry for such a long post but I'm excited to practice with this cue!!!
