i think the under construction idea wont go well because people cant figure out what a finished system is. imagine how bad it will be without a clear definition

for example some people are literally never done with systems, even though it appears done to most they wont consider it done. so they nom themselves and people complain

how do we prove that the person is actually working on it? my system is under construction and has been for quite some time. i do a bit here and there but it is small stuff so people really cant tell a difference. in cases like that will the person be eligible? or must there be some kind of work per day

just some things that popped into my head when you said that. people will bitch no matter what, just keep that in mind

why is that? people nominate, people pick their favorite "in progress" build, someone wins something......A DD-1 or something that will help with the install. I think it would be fun and i dont care if their wont be as many nominations. It will make it that much easier for someone to win

Holy monkies batman I got some votes! Thanks to those who voted for me! While my car is nothing HUGE or fancy it's goal is to show what can be done with a modest budget some hard work and still sound good and get down! You can check my Youtube page for some videos of the car including a small video on my first installation use of Damplifier. My future goals are to damplifier the floor and roof, and put down some luxury liner on the floor to quiet this cars road noise down.

I know I may never win a SOTM but it's still fun to enter and show it doesn't take a TON of cash to have a nice system that can be impressive. And I would like to say THANKS to Steve and the sponsors who do this every month, without them NONE of this would be possible.

I have a UBL to do and I am working on the full content of it now, it should be up very soon!

i find it kinda shitty that we are doing our best to keep things fair yet we still get people who complain month after month.

I love the under construction idea.Lights a fire under peoples asses to get their stuff together and stop slacking.Like me LoL!!!Only question is if you win under construction can you comeback and compete with your finished setup once its done if its not been a year yet?
