In Texas you don't have to move over. It's up to the person merging to yield. But there's a frontage road on every freeway here, and if you're on the frontage road you have to yield to people exiting the freeway, and those fuckers don't yield and will run you off the road and then give you the fucking finger. Cocksuckers...

me thinks me needs anger management. Glad I don't carry while driving, else I'd be locked up.

And does anyone else think a law mandating Cell phone use in the right lane only is a good idea?

U know what really "grinds my gears" (if you don't get it your not old enough). People that hang in the left lane when the right lane is clearly open, so when I come up to pass them and other cars they hold the left lane and don't speed up. Thats usually when I crank the bass flash my brights.

95...I love guys like you. Swerving is just swerving, and no edick involved but I handle shit like that efficiently. It is not the responsibility of the person on the highway to give way to the merger. Either you speed up or slow down, not the person with the right of way.

First off you don't HAVE to let people merge, merging traffic is supposed to yield as freeway traffic has the right of way which means you have to find a spot. Don't confuse courtesy with law.

It's not uncommon for someone to "loose control" when they are evading you swerving and wind up smashing the living shit out of you. You're at fault... I had a guy do that to me about 10 years or so ago when I had an F150 and his little shit box got smashed to bits and he wound up in the swamp in the middle of the freeway. That is not an exaggeration, his side mirror punched a hole in my drivers door, but my brush guard tore off his headlights, bent his hood to shit, and wrecked his grill, none of which mattered though because he wound up in 3ft of water/muck. The worst part for him was that someone else stopped as they saw it happen and on top of his car getting trashed he was put at fault, had to pay my deductible, and his insurance didn't pay him shit for the car I'm sure.

If you're not willing to pay your deductible, the other drivers, and possibly replace your car it's not a wise move.

If/when someone does that I do on of two things:

1. Turn music up until I can't hear them

2. Pull over on the side of the road or a parking lot and tel them they may get out and walk the rest of the way
