Made a less-than-concealed rolling right turn and noticed a motorcycle about 200 yards back, saw a white helmet and though it was a cop but then I saw it looked like a Harley, and I haven't seen a motorcycle cop on a harley for years, they all use the new BMW bikes, so I kept driving a little fast, but didn't do anything else. Came to a stop when he pulled up behind me and I realized it was a cop. #ohcrap Pulls me over. #fml asks whats the rush, tell him I'm late to my kaiser appointment. Asks if I know why he pulled me over and against my better judgement I admitted my right turn wasn't the best. He looks at me all shocked, admits he only pulled me over because my taillight was out, and was going to write me up for the turn and speeding if I had BS'd him, but appreciated my honesty. Wrote me fix-it, told me where to get it signed for only $11, opposed to $25. Because he knew I was late, he takes me 2 blocks to the kaiser facility where the left turn light takes FOREVER and he lights up and blocks the intersection for me to make the left lol Was a nice change from the usual police encounters. I was also the only person without a psych background in that class. I think it had just as much to do with my views as anything.
