Half dozen hot dogs, cut lengthwise and then chopped half dozen chopped/slice redskin potatoes Little bit of salt, pepper, and Lowry's for flavor. Pan fry with a little bit of Olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan til the potatoes start to get golden and the hot dogs start to brown/crisp. I guess they also used to put onions in it. Simple but looks really good, I'll have to try that out. Those are Koegels I hope?
