Cadence vs. Selenium-Pro Audio Battle

Recommended Posts

I'm debating on buying up a BUNCH of diff pro audio 6.5's.....building a test box.....and have a bunch of em go head to head. I think it will be fun!

Yes please. Im doing pro audio in next seasons vehicle, it would help a ton on deciding what to get.

Rich, as far as vocal definition, which did you think was more defined between the mids? The Seleniums sounded to be a little more defined when you played Broken wings to me but this is a video. Never know what the camera mic may be losing or distorting.

I have to say it was close but.....Cadence still won in my eyes. It's one of those "you had to have been there" type thing...lol WISH i could throw Beyma and DD into the mix....make things real fun! lol

Okay time for me to be a noob for a sec.

What's the term "pro audio" mean? Is it referring to the woofers being one way? Like a component woofer?

Sorry guys, I should know this, I feel kinda ignorant rt now...
