Plan on getting some black suede for the headliner and new carpet and floor mats should be here in a few days. That's right, 2 12s walled off in a Chevy Cavalier! Gonna go sand the port right now and try to mock up side panels from the b pillar to front of wall so that I can eventually seal it off from the rear Build in progress

bassfreake Posted June 16, 2013 Report Posted June 16, 2013 Learned to drive my new baby (1991 Honda Civic CR-X) probably burned the hell out of what's left of the clutch but I already knew I would need to replace it and I went from never having sat behind the wheel of a stick to once I get moving I'm even more comfortable than in my automatic actually... I still have a little trouble getting into first without either jerking a little or taking off and squealing tires a little but I'm getting better... I love the giddyup she has I just wish I had any clue how fast I was actually going lol but I've taken her through all the gears and aside from being rough getting into first she drives beautifully... waiting till I can get into first repeatedly without stalling squealing or burning before I do any more mods with her other than maybe clutch though... Thanks I was pretty excited about the alt myself. kind of like a school girl, in a dress, on a swing. lol It's warming up enough that the donut-punching cyclist douchenozzles are getting their two wheeled fagmobiles out. lifted_silverado Posted June 16, 2013 Report Posted June 16, 2013 Installed a 2" leveling kit, got 15% tint on front windows 5% on the rear doors and back windshield and 25% on the windshield. Debadged a couple emblems on the side and tailgate. Everythings in the attic or garage since the truck was sold last year. New build should be coming soon in a dodge cummins

Lol The right side is a flat panel and the left side is a recessed panel so the 0ga can run through and down the back side of the cab as to not interfere with the bed.

STEvil Posted July 23, 2013 Report Posted July 23, 2013 On mudder: Half way through rebuilding drive shafts, built new battery hold-down, installed new battery, reworked suspension slightly for more travel, replaced front axle pinion input, fixed leaking transmission cooler line, bought axle wedges to adjust front axle angle. Daily driver: installed 2,3 and 4th gear servos (from jeggs), no more slushbox transmission shifts!! MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.
