Just to say, ive ran 2 lvl 3 m2's with lvl 4 coils on 2 apsm 1500s wired at 2 ohms strapped, and its fine for the lvl 3's daily. Id push more for burps thats about it.

rise is not a constant either. you can't say 'i'm wired to 1 ohm, so rise puts me at 2 ohms'. it does not work like that. and unless it's a burp vehicle, don't even bother trying to mess with it. and stick to the manufacturers RMS ratings

Instead of all the questions, just buy the system and hook it up. It will work, it will be loud, its DC.

Box rise is unavoidable and sucks. EX: My current setup (Mojo 2500 Amplifier) wired to 1 ohm.

Rated at 2500rms at 1ohm. Clamped it at full tilt, box rise changed it to 2.2ohms and only put out 2200rms.

Not too bad considering it came up to 2.2, but what im getting at is you will almost never get your full

rated rms without wiring below 1ohm, which I DO NOT recommend.

I hate when people bring up box rise speaking about daily systems. Box rise is irrelevant on a daily music system since music is dynamic so the ohm load can be 18ohms 1 second and .2 ohms the next and back up to 12, down to 3, up to 5, down to .3 up to 30, etc. if you aren't talking about a burped tone or a song with a very consistent bassline then why mention box rise?
