Where is the craziest place you have found your keys after you lost them

i have done that quite a few times.

In the front door a couple of times. Wake up in the morning and can't find my keys, open the door to look outside and there they are. Still stuck in the lock.

i have done that more times then i can even count. i makes it real easy for thieves to come in lol

Luckily I don't have anything worth stealing lol

i'm more careful with my keys when i'm drunk than when i'm sober. they're almost always in my shoes the next morning when i wake up. i have a clip i put them on, and i don't wear that around my waist at bars. i surprise myself sometimes lol. but when i'm sober....that's another story. hell they're probably lost right now

same shit happened with the GF just yesterday morning. cold as hell too that night. icy keys in the door.

LOL probably my hand too a few times. A couple of weeks ago after work as I went to get out of my car I went to grab my phone from the center console and it wasn't there and I was like WTF I know I brought it with me, then I realized I was holding it up to my ear talking to my friend lmfao

Didn't happen to me, but it happened to a customer. Apparently she locked her keys in her trunk, only they weren't in her trunk. They were up at the top right behind the weatherstripping that seals it when the trunk is closed (by the hinges).

I was helping my friend in his back yard a lil bit and it started raining.. so I put my wallet and keys to the screwdriver box.. - which I put to our van completely forgetting about my stuff.. after we were done we got couple beers and i decided to go home.. I was looking for my stuff for TWO hours... and I couldnt find them.. so he gave me a ride back home and next day I realized that I might put them to that box.. lol

my pocket after looking for them for an hour and then pulling car apart a little to look in the truck to see if they were there ... it was a long work day :-/

Friends chocolate lab ran off with them and in the middle of the night when I was trying to leave I couldn't find them. So we set my Yukon's alarm off, I ran around listening for the chirp, they were in the middle of the back yard. Thank God for the viper 2-way alarm key fabs! Worst one so far, my 2-way remote, key to my truck, and gym card was left on the back of my dad's bumper. Haven't seen it since!

Lost my keys, lanyard and a few keychains for about a year and a half, couldnt fine them anywhere, looked everywhere, found them in my parents expedition after the year and a half and had another car by then, thing is, at the time of losing them i hadnt been in that vehicle for months lol
