But like in the video that was posted yesterday about the kid that was shot as a gang initiation. He was pronounced dead on arrival by i think the EMT, and I think the victim said he wasn't dead at the time. But was then revived by a doctor. And the kid who shot him was convicted with attempted murder not murder even though the victim had at one time been pronounced dead. Edit: that was the video... But I would say it should be attempted as he had not actually killed the victim. He had to kill someone, he picked his person, planted or carried a weapon, found a location, and shot the dude 3 times at close range with a shotgun? Sounds pretty planned out to me. Not like they got into an argument and led to a shooting. He even payed for the gas to get there Everythings in the attic or garage since the truck was sold last year.
