Don't get me wrong here, but it sounds like he doesnt even use it now so why even upgrade? Just my 2 cents, his money, your time. Still looking forward to whats to come. Still looking forward to whats to come. i made the switchbox removable for two reasons....so i could take it out and paint it (figured if i was cutting the cable, i might as well put a molex plug on it). And also so it can be removed and nobody can fuck with the switches without asking. We never got to painting the little car and the way chicken just dissapears for months at a time, it is easy to forget. It's not like i was paid to do it, and didn't do it....its one of those things we just never got to though. I dont know exact explanation for you but it was mentioned in several videos during the build that these amps are build the way that they dont need too much power to produce 15k each.. The T15Ks have an INSANE amount of internal capacitance, IIRC they use capacitors originally marketed for the hybrid/electric car market. Needless to say they have lots o' Farads.
