air flow is a non issue in the internals of the box. only the port itself is effected by air flow.

its to prevent flex in the box, make it solid. the holes are to reduce cubic footage taken up by the bracing.

Krakin's Home Dipole Project

Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?

I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . .

What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself

but what has drawn your attention

in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums

An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space

Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears,

thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener.

Well...when you know nothing anyone says will prove you don't.

Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

See this post you left right here, the guy who posted just above you. I'd listen to him if I were you.

I would like to hear your reasoning behind air flow is a non issue inside the box though.

You want this to happen to you? Give decent handshakes people.
