OrionStang Posted June 26, 2013 Author Report Posted June 26, 2013 Finally got the collision report from the highway patrol. Basically, he took my statement, then hers, and of course took her side. Probably because Im a 300lb dude with a goatee, and shes a little 5ft 100lb chick. There are things in her statement that are completely untrue, a couple of them got me scratching my head. I won't go into details since the case is open, but my insurance company already is NOT in agreement with the collision report, the officer basically just picked a side.
