Thats the point i tried to prove... but i also agree with lesser charges, i never once thought he was cold blooded murder or hitman (LOL) but he isn't righteous nor reasonably justified for his killing so he should definitely pay for it

Thats why the race card is so easy to play as a black man/woman in america. Any little reference, like in movies when they say "you people" and they respond "what do you mean you people?" Back to the topic at hand, I dont see the 2nd degree charge happening based on what has been presented thus far, MAYBE the manslaughter beings he did leave his vehicle to pursue. But they cannot prove that was his intention when it started.

And besides I am looking at whats presented, did i say he was a cold blooded murder NO, I'm just putting it in perspective that his killing was unjustified and he should get the time he deserves! What is "the time he deserves"?

He is in his own neighborhood ... that had been proven crime-ridden & with folks who wander & bullcrap through it, & he has every single right, even obligation in the world to get out & to see what the Hell is going on. It was GZ's prerogative to get out, "follow", & even say something - IF he did. Show me where he committed a crime so far. A certainly do NOT pull the 911 Operator BS on me ... I am about to go through the computer screen reading retards that use that shit as their crutch ... STAND DOWN! LOL

And the "take your ass beating" is so very lame ... It so just does not happen that way. There are ass beatings, then there are - alleged - MORE than ass beatings ... there is only one side to the story ... Getting your head bounced off the sidewalk - even once, to ME - is more than an ass beating.

Did GZ feel more like a "Man" when he got out of the truck because he has his 9mm? Probably .... NOT A CRIME. Following ... giving info, NOT a CRIME. Bad choice? On the surface, NO. In the "end", maybe. Yeah, MAYBE.

ALL that has to happen is GZ think that he is in fear of his life of severe bodily injury, & *bang*, he gets to make the decision to use deadly physical force ... No two ways about it. It does NOT matter how the two individuals got to that position, even if GZ may have said WTF are u doing? Get the fuck out of here, & then got nearly knocked the fuck out ... the Law says the situation changes at that point. Did GZ harass him, in that situation, possibly.

Why didnt TM just go the fuck HOME? It was testified to that he was really close to where he was staying. Probably could have ran like a deer ... Go home ... but no, ... he wasn't scared of the cracker ... GZ was creepy ... whether or not if GZ was looking for a confrontation, ya know what? I am willing to bet TM did not mind if there was a confrontation either.

you obviously don't know the law on deadly force. like I said, I'm licensed to carry and a commissioned officer and rather or not you like it, to use deadly for it has to be in the act of a felony.
