Is it so hard to type out full sentences with complete thoughts and punctuation? It is not hard and does not take much thought to type out the following: Hi, My name is _________, I placed an order on _________ and my order number is__________. I received a partial shipment but am missing the following items from my order. Could you please get back with me about this as soon as possible. Thanks Concerned Customer It is very simple, you have now given the customer service department all of the info they need to look up your order. Name, Date, and Order Number. Now it is easy for them to look up your order and respond promptly to help resolve your situation. Instead we get stuff like this: "where's my shit yo" "I didnt get my wire, really???" Is it really that hard to be nice and professional? What would people say if we responded back to the in the same manor that they question us? What would your response be if you got an email back from a company that said: "your shits on the way, it will get there eventually, dont get your panties all in a wad." "nope didnt send it, get over it" The moral of this story is simple. Treat others like you want them to treat you. Everyone is human and mistakes are made.

Most recently, something was shipped in 2 boxes and usps decided to deliver 1 in 2 days and the other in 4 days. Sometimes products are shipped from 2 locations and one take a day longer to get there.
