I have a 810 and the wife a 926. Both in developer mode so you get latest update regardless of carrier. I have newest version of windows 8.1 and I love all of it. Cortana actually works very well and doesn't piss me off like other voice features have in the past. I like I can delete almost anything I want and change home screen to fit my needs. I like the keyboard better than s3 I used a little and my parents iPhones. Nokia camera apps are great and I'm sure the icons camera will be great. That's what I did on my 810..it allowed me to move to 8.1 with new features even though tmobile was not going to update the phone. I'm sure as a ploy to push people on to a new device even though specs are still good imo.
