Second battery question?

Recommended Posts

Wow,ok,I did disconnect the power wire in the back battery, and it read's the same as the front. I also checked all my connection's,and they are tight. Now,what "reedal" said on resistance,I do not know how to do that. What do you set your multimeter on,to do that? That sound's like it might be it. Also, the wire I am using is CCA,would that make a difference? Man,thank all of you guy's for your help.

There is a bad connection between the front and back battery, so check everything inbetween. Usually it's a fuse holder or bad connection. Or something is drawing power that shouldn't be drawing power.

Thinking is the root of all problems...

You ALWAYS get what you pay for.

Ok,I do not have a fuse between the line, just straight from front to back. And,what's funny,at first it read the same in the front, and the back, but then changed reading's now. Both battery's are good, and so is the amp's,I had the battery's checked at XS power, and the amp's at Soundquebed. This is a new one for me.

Well since this thread was brought back to life...

You set your multimeter to resistance (the setting that has the ohms sign, the Greek letter omega). Just a tip, you might want to know how to work the tools you use.
