Problem is you'll run into the same kind of cheating you get at 24 Hours of Lemons. Ppl claiming their buddy sold em 8 ZV4's for a buck a piece

not really, the equipment would be commercially available and have to be new and agreed that it was budget, you know, rockville,audiopipe,boss,pyle, hifonica, alphasonik whatever in that ballpark. potentially you could fit good subs in the mix too and fit under the budget but for the sake of fairness it might be fun to use budget subs that are also fitting...IDK I would have building something like that.
