Me and my wife are looking to buy a house right now and we just looked at an extremely nice house in our price range but it is 3k sq ft, 5 beds and 5 baths. We only have one kid and no plans for any more, I think we would be better off in a 2k sq, 3 bed 2 bath house. Any opinions? Also, which one has the bigger garage? That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

Unnecessary for 5 people imo... one of whom (me) being away at school. Just seems like wasted space to me.
