actually the tunnel is held by the top and bottom 45 degree cut "rails" that seperate the 2 sides of the enclosure. The dowel rod pictured is to brace the sides of the shell which are the largest unbraced panels. Should be good got some bolts to hold this sucker in the jeep, and umm yea around 11 or so well put the baffle on and wire the rest of this bish up

Damn!! Guys still do'n work . The dowels look perfect! P is there space between the tunnel and 4ch spot for the fatty roundover? And how did you guys decide to have that bottom piece bolted down? Fuck I worked in there all day and am already behind on the build! Its coming together fast!!!

that bottom rail will be taking the most weight. im mostly worried about that 45* acting like a blade and splitting the plywood. you remember when i had my 2 12"s making my box float around? youve got a shit load of 15"s that are going to be hammering down on that piece. i would just add a few wedges or 2x4"s, 4 on each side. wont take very long to do.

Wow this build is nuts and it's coming together quick.

Baffle is on and all 4 amps (for now) are mounted...Preston's out doing some ghetto wiring and we should have some vids here shortly
