B Slaps Posted August 6, 2010 Report Share Posted August 6, 2010 i use anything mothers makes personally. except meguires tire shine lasts longer. if you use the clay bar and get a good amount of was on your truck. its gonna last alot longer. i always pay someone to do mine cause i know people like that, but i dont think theres anything that resists dust. but the more wax the smoother your clear coat is gonna be. You're lucky then man cause I used it on my caddy and the plastic and rubber around my side windows faded and cracked. Don't get me wrong it's good stuff but the excess messed up my trim.
