Usually when I cant decide I do a little research and check out the CS of a company. I've seen RF take care of their customers nicely. Crescendo warranties down to .5 ohms nominal, and I'm sure with a little searching I could find examples of their CS. People can state their opinion all day without any back up, truth is both will do what they advertise and then some. I've had mine for about 3 months now and I couldn't be happier. Before I made the decision to get it, I was trying to decide between the two on topic but since I couldn't afford Rockford, I went with Crescendo and the thing is a beast. Stays cool, sound quality is amazing, and gets loud and low. Just make sure your voltage is up to par.
