Orion's. Don't know the models but I was in love.. I heard bass much younger in a home system my dad built but in a vehicle Orions where like woah I think they were xtr's. This would be like 1987ish

I've been collecting stuff for my Suitcase rebuild. I Searched and found another suitcase to build since I won't be using anything in the old one. SO I decided while I was waiting to start that why not have some pin striping done! Still waiting on my 2 Sundown Scv2000d's to get here then they get the same look on them!

Back in '97 I disconnected the tweets and mids and put my Cerwin Vega towers in the trunk. It sounded ok. It fed the need for bass at the time. In '95 '96 I let my brother put my sony bookshelf speakers in his trunk. Actually sounded pretty good and had some fairly deep bass. '95 ish, my boy had two fosgate 12's in the trunk but no amp and no deck. We ran speaker wire from a boombox to the subs It put out some bass for a couple minutes till the batteries died. Each time we tried with fresh batteries they would die quickly lol

The speakers that made me fall in love with bass was a pair of home 12" Pioneer tower speakers on a old school 500 watt Scotts integrated amp that my cousin owned, at which point I later traded for that set up and was in heaven, until I was introduced to Cerwin Vega 15" tower speakers. Then when that wasn't good enough I got into car audio I bought a pair of 12" rockford power Hx2's in a obcon godzilla bandpass box on a Rockford 1000.1 amp and those slammed hard back in the day! Been in love ever sense always looking for the next best thing.
