    how would i check if it was out of phase i guess lol dont wanna do it wrong and do something i kno the phase setting on the amp is at 0. Sub level is 15/15 and i only drop .4 from 13.6 full tilt i got 5 xs d3100 lol lying wont get you the correct help and you cant possible have better electrical when you dont even have a high out put alt. I even doubt you even have extra batteries(maybe have 1 or 2)because the stock alt would have taken a shit by now with all that extra strain

    wow his voltage went from 13.1 to 11.9 in a few post. when people was telling him his electrical was not enough he came back with he only drops to 13.1 and now 11.9. he also said he had 5 xs d3100 a few post later he had a ups battery that works better than the xs power batteries.. op if you want help shut up and listen and dont say you know when you really dont listen to forum members = problem solved acting like you know it all = a burnt sub well 2 now

    go to any retailer and you can get them cheaper.. i got a hc2000 for 200 and some hc2400 for 250 the oreiley ones are deka batteries so they should be goos and are agm for 159

    check that any speaker wire are touching together. check the head unit ones too

    that is why you always disconnect the ground from the battery before you starts getting wires all over the place. also not fusing the positive wire helps

    do stay away from phat mat. used it a few years back. like 2004 and even after cleaning up good damn thing peeled off in less than an hour

    my brother is using kinetiks 2000 and are taking the high voltage just fine. im playing it safe and adjusted to charge at 14.9 cold 14.5 hot

    i have used it and has worked for me, my expedition roof and back are rock solid. also used it on my truck and worked too

    is your amp grounded properly? it might be the problem, edit: double check all your grounds and if you can upgrade the wire it will be better, alternator whine is not always a deck issue
