I'd pack up a tent, sleeping bags, and a couple pots/pans, fishing poles, etc. And show her what camping is. She'd be ready to quit after a day. I would be ready to quit too. I go camping to relax. Premade meals you can cook over a camp fire and a hammock to sleep all day. That's my kind of camping. In a tent or camper, doesn't matter. But I am a firm believer that there is no right way to camp, just however you want to do it.
