Its pretty much just an apartment, sometimes rather large, sometimes small, it really depends on what and where you buy. You typically have access to a gym or fitness room, pool, parking structure, etc that is all included in your building and you pay HOA (home owner association) fees that also go towards upkeep of the property, lawn care, maintenance, etc. Normally you never buy an apartment in a building you rent or lease it on a month to month or year to year basis. A condo is just the opposite its an apartment that you buy in a building. Really it just reminds me of a snobby way to apartment. lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
