Second, they are not strict at all. I'm part of a forum and we have music for free download and I was part of a forum before that that started in 2007 and barely died in 2011 due to the server crashing, not once were ever issued a warning. I understand the concern from Steve and its his site of course but in all honestly they don't really give a fuck. They will hand out these lawsuits to ppl who download one album or movie.
