Over the past few months it's been lowered, gotten new shoes, a new hood, new interior and (almost all) new audio equipment. Now I gotta get rid of the bumpers, paint the exterior, get the air ride done and then finish out the amp racks in the bed.... This is a mess to be sure but, I can't really do anything much till I know how much space the air ride will take up... The guy at another Advance Auto would.not honor any warranty once he saw the 1/0 Stinger wire coming from the battery. lol. She brought it to the Advance by me. The battery tested fine, we changed the starter $128. It needed it, the throw out mechanism.was pretty much shot. Afterwards the truck made the same sound. The starter.spun for a sec after engagement. We all stared at each other in silence. "You're just going to have to drive it that way".lol. -Frank
