soundcubed (AQ) horrible costumer service!!

Recommended Posts

I just made an order from them (Greg) on Wednesday, called made (Zack) an upgrade on Thursday and mine shipped out Friday... And that was to an FPO address, was told don't worry the shipping dept with get it there... So as for customer service I would have to say top notch (So Far)...

Yea, part of the problem is probably the site. And I am on ipad, will try with different browser. However I don't think that's an exuse for repeatedly failing to answer emails which clearly states what I want to buy.

The cost of calling is not the problem, but the time difference is. If the cost was an issue I wouldn't try to import woofers for my build, they will get taxed quite a bit :)

Northern Norway ftw, I haven't seen any builds as big as four 15"s here yet!

Can't speak for AQ. but someone brought up there sister/cousin DD. Now lets not lie, even very respected people here have had negative experience with DD customer service, alot say they are poor as fuuuu in C.S.... Including myself, when I wanted 2 9500s, i had to get them somewhere else. Beast equipment nonetheless.

I do want to try out a pair of hdc4s.

I've never had a problem with AQ(SQ) at all. I don't know about you guys but I'd rather talk to someone on the phone then write up an email. Its just so much easier, and if your really wanting the subwoofers then the time difference wouldn't be a problem.
