I took a huge step up from a company that has never appreciated any of the work of done or the money ive made them to a company who is excited about me coming in. For the first time in 5 years Ill have stability and paid vacation. AS well as about 30k more a year. Possibly more depending on my bonus. It wasnt as much as i was hoping for but its way more than im making now.
