eggs are not bad.. they do contain cholesterol but taking in eggs helps the liver not produce it.. if you dont eat cholesterol and your diet is shit your liver will produce the bad cholesterol.. so instead of keeping and eye on how much cholesterol you eat check how much saturated and trans fat you are consuming because that will cause your liver to produce bad cholesterol not the eggs

Like Miguel said.. Yolk is the healthiest cholesterol you can eat. I watch me calorie intake and there was absolutely nothing wrong with eating all them eggs lol
