Being 18 and live in the backwoods of Arkansas, I can only judge from what I've read and seen tested.

I don't obtain the personal experience to suggest a certain model for sound quality.

Also need to add Blue's Car Audio to the list of companies.

Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?

I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . .

What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself

but what has drawn your attention

in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums

An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space

Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears,

thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener.

I will say this, price doesn't determine taste... what I mean by that is you can buy $1000 pair of speaker and not be satisfied. mids and tweeters are made with different materials that yield different sounds. IMHO it would be best to audition a couple of sets instead of asking what type could you get. Theres numerous sets you can get for $500. I've ran focal and now I'm running Morel in this build that I'm about to start. I went to a local shop and audition the more expensive set of morels (that I had my mind set on) and it turned out i didn't even like the sound compared to the cheaper set (and I promise it wasn't a money thing lol)... If you truly want to be satisfied with your purchase I suggest you go audition that way you know exactly what your getting... I'm not trying to be a D, just giving out my experiences that I had that was similar to yours. I was looking to spend X amount of dollars but turns out my ears where more attracted to a cheaper set. and when you run components they can get pretty loud even with low power... My Focals were ran off a RF T400-4 and they screamed!!! You can kind of squeeze a little more power to components when you cross them over... you may lose some mid bass but If you looking for more volume you can cheat a little as long as your amp has the head room and will not distort the speakers.

Forgot to mention that I got my Rockford T3's and I am loving the mid-range and upper registry.

Although I haven't been able to do extensive tinkering with them yet.

Well the reason im asking is its a fair amount of drive to listen to this or that if i was going to listen which ever brand. Im not going to take a 2 hour drive to this shop that sells this rather then that if i dont know alittle abit about it first. Thats why im asking to get a reference point on which direction to start in. :P

Came down to the Hertz High energy Xl or the Hybrid audio Clarus always like the rainbows but how much power cant hey take? they seeme limited

Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Your name is winston. Your own parents hated you even before you were born.

My penis is bigger than your penis

I'm far from loud and my roof/headliner flaps around like Adam's ass on a windy day. I think it depends more on the structure of the vehicle.
