have you thought about running 2 smaller amps strapped at 2ohm?

Used to have a loud truck

2009 Corvette Z06, H/C/I, 150 shot, g force tune, 730rwhp/690rwtq

2013 F-150 limited, MPT Tune, leveled on 35"s

thanks for all the help everyone. I check out the re ztx5000.1 and its not bad I might get it and itll be good for when I pick up the second x12. but right now im finishing my mids and highs and putting back money for an amp got 250 and counting.

98 honda civic hx build in process

have need

sundown x-12 d4 more sound deadening

sundown saz1500d v2 alternator (mechman)

sky high 1/0 w/ big 3 false walls and fiberglassing

amp rack (half done) and box processor

kicker zx 200.4 (mids/highs)

infinity reference components

trunk lid rear deck and rear quarter panels deadened

kinetic hc1400 under the hood (picking up 2 more late Jan early feb)

If you want to run high wattage like that you should start upgrading electrical..once you get that amp and start running 2 of those subs you will need at l3ast I extra battery and a h/o alternator if you dont already have one

You need trunk space to get groceries and shit...bitches love groceries

i own 2 re amps which are the last model they had (look at my sig).. they do not do rated.. whoever tells you they do rated cant and wont admit it they made a bad buy(or its good for what it cost). you will see about 1700 to 1900 watts out of that amp at 1 ohm.. your sub will still laugh at it.. Db-r has a sell going and you can get a refurb sundown saz2500 for $450 and a 1 year warranty

edit.. cody is selling DC 3.5k for $650.. talk to him and get those beast.

A used Fosgate T1000bd-cp could also be had in that same neighborhood I'm sure. I realize it's not quite as powerful as some of the others mentioned, but it is powerful and fairly small. Everyone knows what they put out at 1 and 2 ohms, so that isn't worth mentioning.

Edit-I may as well withdraw my suggestion. It seems your mind is kind of made up on the RE audio XTX. I hope whatever you choose, that you're happy with it, and that you don't mind supplying the voltage to make it happy :)
