Chris Hammer
Alpine type R 12 on 3000rms Sa10s on 1700rms SSD10s on 1600ish That type R on 3k is 500% rated power. Nuts. Sa10 is slightly less then 300% idk on SSD. MY BUILD *****http://tinyurl.com/gmcbuild***** Vehicles 2005 GMC Canyon CB1000r - Currently where any future funds are going. Chris Hammer
i would say Steve Mick. Giving his subs a crossfire 8k at 16v each he needs to dyno one of those bad boys off his bank so we can see how much he runs daily really. Its gotta be a huge number. TeamHT
Sucks the videos are gone, it scored a 53 or something like that. Of course a burp but you're talking about a 600rms woofer eating it like a champ and still working. The score wasn't a 56.7 for me, it was a 44.3 with a single 15" nonwalled in my Silverado. More power and yes, scored lower. But you're talking about 4x it's rated power, lol Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
bkolfo4
I ran 8 US Amps MD3D's @ 0.5 ohms each to a pair of RE MT 18's. 2 amps strapped to each 1 ohm coil. ~8000 watts per sub. Built for music in my daily driver/family suburban. It was ugly, but it worked. Never finished it. Changed amps and went to 4 15's. Current system: 1997 Blazer - (4) Customer Fi NEO subs with (8) American Bass Elite 2800.1s Previous systems: 2000 Suburban - (4) BTL 15's and (4) IA 40.1's = 157.7 dB at 37 Hz. 1992 Astro Van - (6) BTL 15's and (6) IA 40.1's = 159.7 dB at 43 Hz.
