Dwn4BassAlan Posted March 7, 2016 Report Share Posted March 7, 2016 meh, if a pipeliner can afford this camper and a viper, along with his dmax welding rig, you can quit being a pussy and buy a viper with all your fancy science bullshit money I have no doubt I could grab any Gen1/2/3 viper later on, they are already down in the very low-30'ks, (even some high 20k's that need work) for the Gen1/2's but after that it's still expensive and the last generation has been so good, from the base to the ACR, so I have a feeling this would be the ones who go up in price. But no/low mortgage and low state/sales taxes aren't a reality where I live or will practice medicine, so really it's not being a "pussy" so much as it is being "responsible and reasonably logical" to avoid making a very costly financial mistake I can't afford But all that aside; I have school in the way. Like you said "fancy science bullshit money", but before I start making any of it; first you have to spend way more than you have and put yourself into a half million of debt, and be 30-33 years old. Then you start to make the money you spent over the last 10-13 years and within 10 years if you've done well; you should be about neutral and starting to truly "earn". At that point (nearly 20 years from now) I'll see if I can get a last gen viper. No pictures, but recovered a couple cars and got to see some good racing. Might be picking up a part-time job for evenings and weekends though, so photography might grind to a halt for a couple months Well, except for a BMWCCA event that I've been asked to shoot in June "Clipping" is the biggest forum boner now.
