TaylorFade
Or its the nature of people trying to warn you not to waste your money on that product. I'm on them tfe nuts. Wish I had the $$$ right now. Yeah, I heard the TFE has a 12k board, same board as the VFL 1100.1 has. I'm not trying to break the bank either, if I can save $600 per amp... why would I not? Might just do a Taramps 50k... get (20) 12v batteries and spend $3,500 total on the amp and batteries. NOT the same board as the 1100.1 The 1100.1, DC9k, B2, Cactus K9, Crossfire 8k are 9k boards. RainStryke
The SoundQubed 3500's are supposed to get 7.5K+ @ 18V. With that budget, that's probably the route you will need to go.

RainStryke
My bad, was skimming through the posts and saw someone mention 18v. Thought it was the OP, but looking back, it was not... If his electrical was all ready done and $3500 was the budget he had for the amps and batteries, I was thinking a 18v system is about the only way he's going to get his goal with that amplifier/battery budget. CstrokerV
this guy doesn't listen at all about how much the electrical is going to cost to run.... $3500 on amps and batt isnt going to cut it the batteries recommended for just a dc10k was $2300 by itself... so times 2 or so for his 3 7k amps looking at around 5-7k on batts alone... want to see where he can get 20 batts and 3 amps for $3500 well i guess on xspowers website it only recommends 3 7500 or 7 3000 for 21000rms but that seems really low and would at least double that my build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/142505-small-build-log-4-dc-lvl3-10s-tl-update-link-to-rebuild/ http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/154258-rebuild-6-lvl3-12s-update-small-video-nothing-spectacular/ new build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/188181-03-trailblazer-slow-build-8-dc-lvl3-12-m1-motor-m2-parts/

sencheezy
Your cheapest option will be to run HV. Just buy 10 batteries, group 34 or 31, wire in series, and theirs 50k on tap. Korean amps will be your most expensive routes. Considering batteries, wires, and alts, and the amps themselves. 165db with 237 DC Volts 6 15" SSA Evils 3 HV Taramps T60k @.33 18 XS Power D3400s Add me on SC, FB, IG, and YT @ Sencheezy
