Thanks guy's I've been hard at it the past week or so! Today I got the rest of the floor ready for Rhino-Lining, all rust removed and all the holes welded up! So I directed my attention back onto the Spare tire cover that will have the 2 Sundown Neo-Pro 10's in it. Well I didn't like the way some of it was made and felt like it just wouldn't have the correct curves to it once finished. SO I decided to make a mess and use some Great Stuff foam!

After trimming most of that mess off of it was ready to hand sand the foam to better shape it

After hand sanding time to cover it and get it ready for glass!

Let it sit over night and cure out and start back working on it tomorrow to get it ready to Rhino-Line as well! :vava:

Part's are stacking up at the painters! :yahoo: Time to finish the spare tire cover for the 2 Sundown Audio Neo-Pro 10's. Now that the Fiber-glass is cured time to trim it in.

Time for some body filler!

Time to start working this stuff down! Who know's about one of these bad boy's!

DSCN0125_zpsndxhr4ru.jpg

All sanded down and ready for a coat of primer!

DSCN0129_zpsntpirvtk.jpg

DSCN0128_zpss9uhuhb2.jpg

Good coat of primer on it. If I had plans on painting it smooth I would of done a second skim coat of filler, block sanded, primered again and wet sanded the hell out of it. BUT since it will be a textured Rhino-Lining I feel like one coat will be good. sure it has some minor imperfections but I don't think they will be seen with a texture rhino-lining on it. I HOPE this statement don't bite me in the ass! :unknw:

Considering what it looked like I think even if it has some imperfections it is still a HUGE improvement! B)

See my problem is if I sit and think about something too long it will eat me up!!!!! After making the statement that it "Should Be OK" I just couldn't let it be sprayed without me being satisfied with it first! SO time to block sand it and see where my low spots are!

DSCN0150_zpsxrmsvcdh.jpg

I'm actually glad I did cause I realized that my latch system would not fit correct and needed clearance on it!

DSCN0149_zpsbrfx7gmx.jpg

Some more filler to even it out!

DSCN0152_zpssg9qvxy4.jpg

DSCN0154_zpse2qfroy2.jpg

Sanded down and still had a few small low spots

DSCN0154_zpse2qfroy2.jpg

Another coat of filler primer and sanded down with a lighter grit to work most of the scratch's out of it

DSCN0156_zpsoafkgpic.jpg

Last coat I decided to go with Black Primer since it will be sprayed with a Black Rhino-Lining

Now that my arms feel like JELLO I'm done with it!!!! Off to the painters now!!!!! :yahoo:

Did my last few touch's to the Spare tire cover before I drop it off Monday with the body shop to be sprayed. Got the latch bolted down as well as mounted the grill rings on it

DSCN0224_zps5jnhnkie.jpg

Also test fit it in the Wagon. Keep in mind I have all the other panels out that's why it looks like it don't fit exact! But looks good in there

SO I have decided to make a BOLD move on it. I went ahead and removed the rear gate as well as the rear windows on it. Preparing my self for the next move.
