Almost done, got my amp/bat rack in subs all wired up. ran into a little problem though. Since the motor is almost as big as my surround the mounting holes are very tight. So tight i cant drop the subs in with the wire leads in the way. have to figure something out like notch a piece in the baffle for the wires. anyway here are some pics.3 points

Subs handle great so far, beat on them again to and from work and my ears are ringing lol. Pics uploading now. Video maybe if i can get my youtube channel to cooperate lol All dat ass hangin out made it a bit too lopsided lol Ghetto bracing until i can do something "prettier" lol2 points

Finally got my subs today after missing fedex yesterday. Def need to rebuild the box because inverted on its side makes for quite a lopsided setup lol. Cant wait to get the 3.5k in once it gets here. My 1.2k is good for break-in time i guess lol but these little guys are laughing at the power so far haha1 point

Thats all with the Level 6s, with a little over 4000 watts a sub. With 4k a sub the Xls are even louder BUT since he wants to play music as loud as possible for longer periods of time were going to leave the Lv6s in it .1 point

Wouldn't that affect tuning since sub displacement is most likely different? Either way, I'm sure you've considered that. And great builds by both of you so far. Yes it will change the volumes slightly but it wont be enough to impact the build1 point

He has m1 lv6s yes. But I put 4 m2 Xls in there. I need to tune the rear port and dont want to load and unload 100 pound subs every time I need to change the port length. Once the rear is tuned the Lv6m1s will go back in.1 point

I will try to post a update today, Works been so slammed I haven't had much time for it, Plus I need to put in a new deck, the bass activates the voice command part of the touch screen when i tried to burp it off 2 amps. When it does this it automatically pauses whatever your playing to listen for a voice command. Another issue i found on this one is 1 of the 2 alts is not working so IDK lol1 point

i tested the punch 1000.1 today....it did good, but i am holding off on the vids until i can get a nice little battery bank on my test bench. After a few runs, the numbers start coming down....after all, i only have one D1400 on the cart at the moment LOL. I also tested the kenwood deck on the test bench, it is rated @ 22w RMS per channel, 50w peak. I will post results on that soon.1 point

verry nice build!!! hope to see this car in Mod Nat. we're from belgium and we'll come to that event to. hopefully we can compete, because we'll be there also with our walled installation in the Propper Dropper section1 point
