How accurate is the PRS-80 Voltmeter? My voltage is going any where from 14.7 to 13.4. Battery holds at 12.3 with car off, alternator constant charge @ 13.9.

Despite the doctors and one brothers wants to remove you from the life support, i thought it was best that i let you go on your own terms.
