    No, I need to clamp it. I feel like I have a major rise problem. Even with the 7.5k and 200.4, it would only drop to 13-13.1

    This might be dumb, but is little to no voltage drop bad? Meaning, is my amp not working to its full potential? Indication of very bad rise? My cars voltage is PCM controlled and ususally sits between 13.7-14.1 at idle. Idling up does not effect it. With the DD M3a and Sundown 200.4 playing full volume, I am only seeing a .1-.2 drop. I only have one D6500 and a DC 270XP. I would think those two amps would pull more than that.

    This. If you get a 12" length using Torres, for example, your actual aero port should be 13" from end to end.

    Try switching rca's first. If that doesn't do it, you probably damaged the h/u. Power off when making connections, ALWAYS.

    Why would you waste the time and money on the c pillar wall when you really want the b pillar wall. Just save the rebuild for the four sub wall.

    For something that small, I would cut posterboard to fit how you want. Take your time and trim a little at a time. Once you have your shape, transfer to mdf and cut. As for making the final shape out of fiberglass, no idea.

    Finally got a job. Manager trainee for receiving at Target. Will pay pretty good when I make supervisor, and its only 5 minutes from home. Not my first choice, but its work.
