as long as it stays in that area, anything above 15v likes to make them have a shorter life span, people from xs like to say charge no higher that 14.8, anything higher shortens battery life.

that charger brought my optima yellow top back to life, it was resting at 5v, now its good to go at 13.1, to me it charges to quick. But ive charged my red top on it a few times. One of my buddies has this charger.

bro has the 2200d, its been almost a year now and he hasnt had a problem with it, only thing was the bass knob cord but he took it apart and just direct connected it and its fine. After tunning it with the dd-1 the clip light stays on, so it shows it if you go by the clip light for gain you shouldnt have a problem.

A lot of people run different batteries up front, As long as you keep them charged and such you shouldnt have a problem, always charge you rear batteries, even if its coming from the alt, let them trickle charge over night.

Yea when i heard it a weekend or two ago, it sound like a huge slapping noise, which i thought would be bracing of the port, but the sub would barely move. I think it may have just separated from the cone.

Your coil became a slinky now, because of all the coil rub, it rubbed itself apart. I would recone it. Btw its blaze from the show.

http://www.crutchfield.com/S-zLaGYexETDa/p_114D310D42/Diamond-Audio-D310D4-2.html or http://www.hifisoundconnection.com/Shop/Control/Product/fp/vpid/1529175/vpcsid/0/SFV/30046 never really heard of hifisoundconnection. But they are pretty decent subs in the right box. I got 2 d3 15s at the moment. Had them for 2 years, and bro gave them to me and he was running 4 of them on a aq2200 and they laughed at it.

from what twisted reviews were, they are good once they been reconed. Mike singer had a heat problems with them too.

When does more motor strength outweigh Cone area?
Socky replied to SlamminBeats's topic in Subwoofers / Enclosures
If you are going to add more power, i would take double the sub, than running the same single sub. -
Angles enclosure & sealing off from trunk with 15"s ?
Socky replied to ehckz's topic in Subwoofers / Enclosures
Depends on what 15s he is talking about, But i think you could make the 15s work, just look at how steve did his civics build awhile back. -

This happens to my bros subwoofers to, running a aq2200d with 4 sa-15s d2 wired at 1 ohm and tuned with the dd-1, they are brand new and he got them started to smell for a short time and turned it down.
