It can't hurt to set it too high at first and carefully adjust it down to where you like it.

I love my Q 15. Extremely musical, very loud. I've beaten it for almost a year and a half with no issues. I have zero complaints.

I've never had trouble with my tuning at -10. And it's really nice to have the head-room for low amplitude bass songs. He said his dust caps get "a little warm" that's not a problem.

^-10 is fine if you know what you're doing. I've been set that way since I got my DD1 (shortly after they came out). My dust cap gets hot, my coils don't smell and I don't clip my signal. I can play flat-out for 40min. and have no problems. -10 is fine, and warm dust caps are fine.

Yeah, I've gotta do something about my hatch. The problem Is it's just flimsy plastic, there isn't any carpet on it so I'm not sure how to stiffen it. I guess I should add fleece over it. What do you think?

How much spl have you gained so far? I've gotta do something similar to my interior panel of m hatch. The port fires right at it and it's super flexible.
