    Build will finally commence tomorrow, brainstorming ways to make this flow as easy as possible, it's been awhile since I have had anything in the Civic. Probably won't be completed til Wednesday.

    It piles up until I decide to sell it or give it away to a friend in need. I have actually managed to clean my whole collection out all that's left is the stuff for 2 upcoming builds

    I can respect you wanting to lock the thread, I could see it getting out of hand overnight but I did mention that I had no hate towards the installer or the customer who wanted. I just felt like a little more thought should have been put into the concept considering it had already been done on a very similar car. Even if the thread was restarted to make a general census on stuff overdone eventually examples would be posted so no need to bring it back let sleeping dogs lie. I know we as enthusiasts get a bad rap already and I just feel like certain installs and mind states just makes it 10 times worse to enjoy the hobby.

      I grew up on Bruce Lee my dad couldn't get enough but if you're a fan check out Ip Man he is Bruce Lee's Master and is one bad ass Kung Fu Master might I add. Seriously the real life Ip Man trained Bruce Lee forreal.

    Found my first issue with Windows 8, it will not show embedded videos on SMD copied from YouTube.

      From the history of windows pattern, I will wait till windows 9 comes out cause I know 8 is going to suck.

      Actually I have been able to do everything with no issues and I usually manage to spot problems right off the bat. So far 8 is smooth and seamless considering I am running it from a netbook and I have installed almost all my old software (most of which is only Windows 7 compatible and it all runs)

    I like it, I have a shit load of 8's that I don't use or I put in close friends cars. I love the way the beefy little 8's look Cody can put me down for 2 of these for sure .

    My dad does it for a living so I've been around it all my life then I joined here and my knowledge has expanded 10 fold. I've learned (and I'm still learning) a lot from lurking the forums many topics and keeping up with the vets on here.

    I want to clamp my amps can anyone suggest the items (including brands) that ideally need to get to make this happen. I have read the tutorial so I think I can manage it.

    The biggest issue with a large coil 8 is having any spider left . Even if you tool a spider as large as possible (still fitting throught the cut out for a its still really only good for a 2" coil. Power could be increased by some monster cooling on it though looks like that's the new project then. just needed some confirmation from the consumer Thats what Im thinking too, Alright. What kind of features would people want to see on a new 8" The custom capabilities of your other subs would be great to see on the new 8 like custom caps, cones you know all the cool features to really make it your own. Maybe a standard version for 95% of the people. And some not assembled for us picker guys....lol If he did it I would be all over a pair of 8's with some options just to stare at them. I have a nice collection of 8's I have no use for including a lv2 I wouldn't mind a custom pair with some cool options to do a cool build with. A pair on 2K would be awesome in my next build. thats a lot of power for some 8s BLASPHEMY!

Anything is possible if you put your mind to it (You see that right there is my way of motivating you )
