    Since I couldn not get on yesterday. Spent all day with my mom and had no phone or computer with me. All about my mom. Especially since she has cancer and I am trying to make sure its all about her when I am with her. So, not sure if any moms on here. But, if there is happy late mothers day. Hope it was a good one for all.

    Think the picture was clear on this one. My shop has 3. A renagade 1 farad, rockford fosgate 1.5 and 10 farad. Have not sold one. Sell more dry cell batteries then anything. Another battery will do more good then that cap will ever do ya. Also if ya run another battery make sure that your alt is in good shape. Can not tell ya how many cars come to my shop for a big sub install and there alt is on its last leg. Save money and do it before it goes.

    Ok. so I had a work meeting with JL Audio. Now they are saying any system in a car lowers horse power and lowers gas mileage. Now horse power idk mine stayed the same. Gas mileage also stayed the same. And I am running a Rockford Fosgate t2500bd. At 2 ohms its rated at 2,850 watts continuous. And before that I had around 3000 rms. And I never seen a difference in gas mileage. I have a 03 focus with the 4 cyl sohc 122cid engine. I get on a full tank average of 335.25 miles on a full tank. So, what's everyone's opinion on this? JL audio blowing smoke or is it for those who have high power equipment or bad electrical/crappy engines?

    Is this the sub that you are getting? If so, it is a good filler sub (I like to call em. Not to loud but sounds good on the in-side.) I carry these at my shop and if ya set it up right they sound good. Do not try to over power or push close to there max. We found that running 600-700 watts is there sweet spot.

    Upload the pic to photobucket.com or something similar. Wont load how ya got it up there. And if ya give what ya wanting to spend and there are a lot of people here that can tell ya what and where to get the products. Pioneer is good. But like iceman said. There are other brands out there either same price or a little more that will give ya a better sound and better quality.

    I never had a camera that caught it. My dlsr did. But, was not going to be holding that while bumping. What kind of drift helmet ya got? I hear people talking about those pro-hd cameras that are meant for mounting outside or inside cars to record.

    Yea. Im the one that always turns it down at red lights. I recorded and then came to that red light and wasn't thinking. I was going to wait till I got to work to do it. But, by time I got to work it has been none stop busy most the day. I posted it and was shocked I did not get lit up about it more. I was preparing myself for some strong words.

    The wire just tells the amp to turn on. I use a basic copper wire that came with my wiring kit. To my knowledge it don't matter/ But I could be wrong.

    So the demante I think is how it is spelt. That back in 2010 Trick trick and detroit 97.9 was giving away is sitting at my shop. Old white lady has it. That thing from being trick tricks car was a major piece of shit. Low end products. Like low low low low low LLLOOOOWWWWWW end products. Yep already at 5,000 in fixing the pos.

    My mom's first chemo went good. For the strongest that they can give ya. And how bad they said the side affects was. She was not bad after. She got up and walked out and got into my car no problem. No weakness and little tiredness. 1 down and 19 more left. Now 12 hour day

      Been there myself. There will be good days and bad days all the way through but do your best to stay positive and you will all make it. Good luck to you and your Mom.

      I just finished my 8th and final inpatient treatment. I normally felt the weakest/most lethargic about 4-6 days after I left the hospital. Just remember that all things pass in time. Prayers go out to your mom and the rest of your family!!

      The first I think 4 are every other week. Then after that its every week. The first 4 are the strongest they can give. Then its cut down. And yea she is a strong person. Stubborn though. And thanks for the prayers. Think whats bugging her the most is she was told since she is getting the strongest they can give. That she willl start loosing her hair after the second treatment and be close to or bald by third/forth. So, wig shopping next weekend. Picky mom and wig shopping. Yea all day thing.

    I have a friend that has a moped with a mechman 110amp alt. They made it custom for him. His is a 2010 and thats all I remember. Mechman told him that, that is the highest and that is pushing it.

    Working till 530. Then going to take care of my mom. Hoping that we caught the cancer early. Then going to pay my moms house and car bills. Glad I make enough now to do that plus my car and house.

    I know different brand but I heard the mtx audio 15" then the 12" version and the 12 sounded better. Did the same with the rockford fosgate t1 subs and the 15" sounded better. So, guess it would be up to you. The box and the correct tuning and all play a big part in the "slam" you get. Tune it right and either one will slam. Probably not as hard as your wanting. But it will hit.

    is 135db loud to you?...just wondering To some its loud. I am wanting louder. To me thats nothing. Especially to a lot of the set-up on here. I am slowly rebuilding after having to sell a lot of it. It use to be louder.

    Nothing you can do. I drive daily bumping. Times where my radio is tuned up to 30 which on a termlab I was hitting 135db. To me it feels good. Probably need to get use to it. Or like you said need to make your treble not as loud.
