it seems like mcaffee is fucking with your registry. a reinstall might be the best to do.

if doing a reinstall id just use the recovery partition.

That's a tight budget. I'd look into hifonics. The price per watt is pretty good compared to other brands. I'm talking about the brz line. Steer away from the hfi series. Look into strapping a couple brz1700s, or I forget how much they are but the hifonics colossus 3200 is good too.

I like my battery tender plus. Although if memory serves, mines never charged over 13.8.
