The vets arent open today. He's laying in my lap just shaking and drooling, his back legs stopped working. He won't eat or anything, we even made a nice meal for him, bacon and whatnot, wont eat it. We're just watching breaking bad together right now. Don't know what to do.

Nah. I'm not a professional or anything. It's not a top-notch shop or anything like that, just a normal shop. I'm good friends with the owners son and he knows how I'm good with this stuff so he asked me if I could come help out.

It depends if your alternator is PCM controlled. If it is, then you are fucked if you stick with the standard wiring. If it is not PCM controlled, then you can get a Voltage Boost module from Mechman.
