Just like the government. trying to keep a brotha from makin some money. What is a blunt smoking, rock slinging, saggy pants wearing, crotch grabbin guy to do with his life now? Maybe they can write rap songs about how the man wont let them lay around on the couch all day and smoke reefer. What is the world coming to? lol. thread jack: did you guys see where those 2 black florida lawmakers made a law about saggy pants? People had the nerve to say it was an attack on black culture. wtf? Ehhh...umm, I was an engineering student, non-sagging pants wearing, educated, website designer...that sold weed. I didn't sit on the couch all day, I didn't hang out in big groups of black dudes in the trap...I basically made money, went to school, and messed with girls...all day, everyday. Actually, that's still what I do, minus weed selling, when I'm not obsessing over car audio. And the law in Florida is ONLY regarding kids in PUBLIC schools. It's not about the regular guy walking down the street. Regardless, I agree 100%, people receiving aid from the state or feds, should not be on drugs. But if we're going that far, should they be allowed to smoke cigs or drink alcohol? Should poor people be allowed to make children? Learning Everyday. jeyrapboy Posted June 1, 2011 Report Share Posted June 1, 2011 I aint gonna lie when my dad went into the hospital and they told him that he couldnt work, Our family hit a low point and if it wasnt for assistance me and my family would be dead right now. It was sad seeing my family mixed in with a bunch of people that were BRAGGING that they was getting state and federal assistance because it freed up a lot of money for them to buy drugs. My sister teaches in Pinellas county (North St.Pete) 85% + of the school gets free lunch. Very sad imo growing up in this area, I went to good public schools and am graduating with a 3.7 gpa, with a job since I was 15. I agree with the testing!
