I think theyre wack. They really don't do anything custom, let's put TVs here, rims here, exhaust here, paint job...done.

Even Biebers caddy. Engine bay was still the stock color (huge pet prevent of mine) and I didn't watch it all but didnt someone else do the doors? Interior work seemed meh.

If anything, their paintjobs can be really nice...they can also be super ricer and gay.

The only audio system i approved of was the ones they did for dylan and cole sprouse (sp?)

what looked like DD 2508's and some DD amps.

I diddnt like the paint job itself, just way too much going on for me. But It was a nice job, if that makes sense. I watch all the new episodes. The DC tundra was cool, and charger they did for Gary Dourdan was sick.

TV hides a lot with their cars. I went to SEMA and CES a couple years ago, saw what they had, exterior body mods are impressive, fit and finish could be better (dust and alignment), but overall interior and sound work always seems cartoonish to me. It seems as they rush the interior of the cars and only focus on exterior.

I will say that some of their high dollar builds are impressive, but it also depends on the clientel(sp). If you have the $$$$ they will bend over backwards to make it look amazing, but if your "celebrity" status isnt up to par, you dont get the full effect you should.

I have build a few systems when I worked in shops that with myself and our team head to head in the same time frame could easily exceed their skills. Not tooting my own horn, but wrapping fiberglass hides a lot of imperfections, you gotta paint it to really show how good your skills are. I see a majority of their installs wrapped, it makes me wonder what is hidden!

I totally agree. They may not use the best audio equipment, but every now and then I see a pretty bad ass idea from them that inspires me.

That's what I also think of Unique Auto sports.

Unique was cool until the owner made the show all about him and not shop or the builds. He just wanted brag about who came by his shop.

Theyve done some sick builds. From 'Pimp My Ride', they had another show called 'Street Customs', and this one. They do some sick work. Just because its not an unfinished box doing 150s doesnt mean its not impressive.
